What documents do I need to rent a car?
You’ll need a valid national ID (or passport) and a driver’s license if opting for self-drive. We may also request a security deposit.
Is fuel included in the rental price?
No, fuel is not included. The car will be provided with fuel and must be returned with the same level.
Are there any mileage limits?
Yes, each car has a daily mileage limit. Extra kilometers will incur additional charges.
Can I extend my rental period?
Yes, extensions are possible but must be requested in advance and approved based on availability.
What happens in case of damage or an accident?
In case of any damage, accident, or mechanical issue, notify us immediately. Insurance coverage details are shared at the time of booking.
Are out-of-city trips allowed?
Yes, but you must inform us beforehand. Additional charges or restrictions may apply.
Can someone else drive the car?
Only the person(s) listed in the rental agreement are allowed to drive. Unauthorized drivers are not covered by insurance.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 24 hours before the ride may qualify for a partial refund. Last-minute cancellations may incur charges.
Are pets or smoking allowed in the car?
No. For hygiene and maintenance reasons, both smoking and pets are not allowed in the vehicle.
Is there a late return penalty?
Yes. Late returns without prior notice will be charged on an hourly basis.
